Wesleyan University

Wesleyan University is a small, private university of liberal arts and sciences, established in 1831. It is among the most selective institutions in the country, with 90 percent of students in the class of 2016 ranked in the top fifth of their secondary school classes. Students are encouraged to see themselves as scholars, participate in the exchange of ideas, and work at their highest level with professors who are doing the same.  Wesleyan also offers a small graduate program in math, music and sciences. The 240-acre campus is located in Middletown, Connecticut.
